VALIDITY, PRICES & GST
All prices stated on this website are in AUD. Prices are subject to change without notice in the event of fluctuations in exchange rates or increases in supplier costs outside the control of Beyond Travel. However, no surcharges will apply once final payment has been received. Most overseas products featured in the website are exempt from the Goods and Services Tax. However, due to legislation, GST is applicable on all domestic services provided, such as cancellations, amendments, visa processing, etc

Your voucher can be redeemed against ANY additional Beyond Travel service as featured in ANY of our SIX Beyond Travel brochures and on the FIVE Beyond Travel websites:
The 2019 Discover More Vouchers expire 29 December 2019, all additional service and any outstanding payments must be finalised by 29 December 2019 (Your travel can be after this date, but you must book and confirm all services prior to expiry).
Vouchers are not combinable with any other offer and are invalid if the tour or cruise for which they were issued is cancelled.
Single Traveller Offers:
Single travellers generally receive 50% of the per couple voucher amount unless otherwise specified (we give you more when we can!).
Not Able To Use Your Travel Voucher?
You can also transfer your voucher and share your bonus, with your friends and family. To do this please email firstname.lastname@example.org, quote your booking reference and ask to share your voucher. We’ll send you a quick form to fill in and the additional terms to prevent fraud and “double dipping”. Discover More Travel Vouchers have no cash value and no refunds will be issued for any unused amounts.
Cant find what you need?
Just let us know and we will be happy to consider extend redemption to services not featured in our brochures or on our websites, such as: additional hotels, rail passes, stopovers and air tickets in select destinations. We will do our best to assist, although redemption against services not featured on our websites or in our brochures is not always possible and at our discretion, on a request basis only. The voucher values vary by tour/product, as outlined on the webpages and in the brochures.
All bookings are subject to our confirmation and are on request until a deposit is received. It is advised not to lock in other arrangements such as flights and hotels until this confirmation is received in writing from us.
DEPOSITS & BALANCE DUE
To secure a cruise booking, a non-refundable deposit of 25% (unless otherwise specified at time of booking) of the cruise price will be required.
The final balance is due 60 days prior to cruise departure. If full payment is not received on time, the booking may be treated as cancelled and subject to applicable cancellation fees.
Payment may be made by cheque, direct deposit or credit card: Visa, MasterCard, American Express. A merchant fee of 1.4% will be charged for payments made by Visa and MasterCard and 2% for American Express. Credit card fees inclusive of GST. SERVICE FEES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
Amendments: one amendment will be provided free of charge; further amendments may incur a service fee of $55, inclusive of GST.
Cancellations: cancellations must be received in writing. Prior to commencement of the cancelled service, the following penalties inclusive of GST will apply, unless otherwise advised:
61+ days Loss of deposit
60–40 days 50% fee
39–30 days 75% fee
29-0 days 100% fee
Note: free cancellation (within 7 days) does not apply to online bookings or cruises with last cabin availability.
Refunds: no refund is available for cancellations once travel arrangements have commenced or “no-shows” due to personal negligence or choice. Beyond Travel does not authorise any overseas supplier or hotel to promise refunds on our behalf. All claims for refunds or reimbursements must be received in writing within 3 weeks from the date the service was provided.
Above payment, service and cancellation fees are inclusive of GST.
EARLY BIRD DISCOUNTS
Discounts apply to bookings either deposited or paid in full by the dates indicated. Savings amounts will vary by cabin type and season. Featured savings are total per couple; great value early bird discounts are also available for solo travellers. Please contact Beyond Travel for further details.
DISCOVER MORE TRAVEL VOUCHERS
Travel Vouchers can be applied to any additional Beyond Travel services featured in any of our brochures. Voucher amounts vary by tour, and solo travellers receive 50% of the per couple amount. Vouchers expire 31 December of the year of your booking; services must be booked and outstanding payments made by this date.

GUARANTEED CRUISES ON SMALL SHIPS BEING CONSTRUCTED FOR THE FOLLOWING YEAR – Where a cruise is offered on a vessel currently under construction for the following season it is the intention of Beyond Travel and its principals to supply the cruise on the vessel as advertised. In the unlikely event that the cruise is cancelled due to issues surrounding the construction of the new vessel or otherwise out of the reasonable control of Beyond Travel, every passenger who has paid either a deposit or full payment will be offered a suitable alternative or Beyond Travel shall refund the full amount of the fare received.
SHIP & ITINERARY CHANGES
Beyond Travel and its principals will do everything possible to make sure your holiday goes according to plan; however, sometimes an unforeseen event occurs to cause changes to itinerary or vessel. Beyond Travel will notify you of these changes as soon as possible.
Many of Croatia’s historic harbours, especially on the islands, are small and cruising in Croatia has grown in popularity over the past ten years. As such it is not unusual for two or more ships to moor alongside each other at a berth, particularly in busy ports where mooring spaces are at a premium. On occasion, your cruise ship may be moored alongside a number of other vessels when embarking on disembarking. The view from your cabin window may also be blocked when there is another ship alongside.
CYCLING DIFFICULTY LEVELS
Level 1: generally flat
Level 2: flat with some small hills to climb
Level 3: mixture of flat and hilly sections
Level 4: mainly hills, upto 400 metres in elevation
Level 5: very hilly with steep climbs (upto 600 metres in elevation) and fast downhill sections
All routes contain paved or gravel road surfaces.
Cruise documents are normally forwarded to you or your travel agent approximately 3-4 weeks before the commencement of your cruise. If you are departing Australia or New Zealand more than 4 weeks before joining your cruise, please advise Beyond Travel or your travel agent at the time of booking.
PASSPORTS & VISAS
All passengers must hold a current passport which must be valid for at least six months after your entry into a foreign country. It is the responsibility of the individual to obtain the required visas prior to departure. Failure to do so which results in the need to cancel travel arrangements will incur normal cancellation penalties.
We strongly recommend you purchase appropriate international travel insurance at the time you pay deposit. Cancellation and refund conditions are strictly enforced; therefore, we recommend that you carry comprehensive travel insurance which covers cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances or those beyond your control. Ask your travel agent or Beyond Travel consultant for a choice of policies.
Beyond Travel Group Pty Ltd, trading as Beyond Travel, is an intermediary and acts only in the capacity of agent for the passengers in all matters of transportation, tour and cruise operations and other services. All receipts, tickets or vouchers are issued subject to the terms and conditions under which services are provided. To the fullest extent permitted by law. Beyond Travel assumes no responsibility for loss, injury, accident, delay, damage or irregularity that may be caused to person or property, however caused or arising during any tour under its management, sponsorship or procurement. Travellers acknowledge that reasonable changes may be made, and it is the responsibility of the passengers to make sure that they are in possession of the proper travel documents. The issuance and acceptance of receipts, tickets, or vouchers shall be deemed consent to the above conditions. If Beyond Travel’s services are not supplied to a consumer, its liability is limited to the re-supply of the services or payment of the cost of having those services resupplied. Nothing in this document is intended to limit or waive any applicable consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law with respect to the provision of services with due care and skill, within a reasonable time (if no time is set) and that they be fit for any specified purpose.
Beyond Travel is committed to applying the principles of the Privacy Act as set out by the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner, in being transparent about how we handle your personal information and its protection. The personal information that you provide is necessary for us to make your travel arrangements and associated activities. This may include sharing passport details with overseas operators, who in turn may share details with government agencies. A few examples where we may be required to provide passport details include international air tickets, cruises and European rail tickets. The information provided is kept in our in-house reservation system server located in our office and is protected by the latest security system which is reviewed and updated regularly. Information provided via our website is not kept by the web host but is directed in to the reservation system.
Beyond Travel will not use your personal details for any other purpose (unless authorised by you) or give them to any other party not involved with your travel arrangements.
