DismissThis 8-day Deluxe cruise explores some of the most historic towns and island villages of Croatia. Highlights include the UNESCO-listed old town of Trogir, the Roman heritage of Split, including Diocletian’s Palace, the fortified island town of Korčula, and the magnificent walled city of Dubrovnik. Each port offers time to explore stone streets, historic squares and centuries-old architecture. We encourage you to make enquiries asap, given the popularity of this itinerary and limited availability.
Yes. The itinerary includes time at Mljet National Park, known for its two turquoise saltwater lakes and peaceful pine forests. Guests can walk or cycle around the lakes or visit the 12th-century Benedictine monastery set on St Mary’s Island.
Absolutely. This itinerary is particularly well-suited to travellers with an interest in European history and heritage. You’ll visit multiple UNESCO World Heritage areas, including the old towns of Trogir and Dubrovnik, as well as Split’s Diocletian’s Palace, one of the best-preserved and beautiful ancient Roman sites in the world.
The cruise begins in Trogir, located approximately 10 minutes from Split Airport, and finishes in Dubrovnik, close to Dubrovnik Airport. Many travellers choose to arrive a night early in Split or Trogir and extend their stay in Dubrovnik after the cruise.
Croatia’s Dalmatian Coast is ideal for small ships thanks to its indented coastline, sheltered islands and historic harbours. Larger vessels cannot access many of the intimate ports visited on this route. Travelling by small ship allows guests to dock in the heart of medieval towns rather than outside commercial cruise terminals.
A moderate level of mobility is recommended to fully enjoy the experience. Many of the historic towns visited, such as Korčula and Dubrovnik, feature cobbled streets, steps and uneven surfaces. While guided walking tours are included, guests can explore at their own pace.
The Dalmatian Coast enjoys warm, sunny weather from May through September. June and September are particularly popular for comfortable temperatures, fewer crowds, excellent swimming conditions, and Adriatic island hopping. We recommend early booking to ensure you travel at your desired time of year – 2026 departures are selling out fast!
