Croatian Explorer 2026 - Dubrovnik to Split One Way Cruise

Itinerary + Map

DAY 1 Dubrovnik
Welcome to Dubrovnik - the “Pearl of the Adriatic”! Your cruise commences with a transfer from Dubrovnik airport to the port, where embarkation commences at 14.00hrs. Once settled in your cabin, venture off on a guided walking tour at 17.00hrs of the historical centre of Dubrovnik. Walk down the Stradun, both a street and a square, and see the most fascinating sights in town, including the Franciscan Monastery which houses one of the oldest pharmacies in Europe and is still in operation. Return to the ship for a welcome meeting to get acquainted with your Cruise Manager, crew and fellow travellers, which will be followed by a Welcome Dinner.

Meals included: Dinner

DAY 2 Dubrovnik - Slano
Start the day enjoying the beautiful scenery as you cruise along the incredible city walls before continuing to one of the Elaphiti Islands for a swim stop. In the afternoon, arrive in Slano, a quaint fishing village on the mainland. From here, embark on your excursion to Ston to visit an oyster farm where you will learn more about oysters and enjoy a tasting of this delicious treat. Return to enjoy a Captain's Dinner on board.

Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

DAY 3 Slano - Mljet - Korcula
This morning, head north as you cruise towards Mljet. On arrival join your cruise manager for a walk around the National Park to explore its famous large and small salt lakes, Veliko and Malo Jezero. After, continue your cruise towards the island of Korcula, also known as the "Black Island” due to the distinct, almost black pine forests that cover much of the island. Embark on a guided walking tour of Korcula town, one of the best-preserved medieval cities, and discover its cleverly designed fishbone-shaped streets that help reduce the effects of wind and sun. The evening will be free to experience the numerous traditional restaurants and bars on the island.

Meals included: Breakfast and lunch

DAY 4 Korcula - Vis
In the morning depart for Vis, an ex-naval base that was closed to the public from the 1950’s until 1989, with the isolation preserving the island from development and therefore it has retained a special charm. Vis Island holds many historic secrets, and the remainder of the day is free to explore the island's charming sights including the remains of the Roman thermal place, the City Museum, or the town's beautiful waterfront.

Meals included: Breakfast and lunch

DAY 5 Vis - Bisevo - Hvar
Early this morning, cruise to the small island of Bisevo where you can visit the Blue Cave. A highlight of any visit in Dalmatia, this magnificent natural phenomenon can only be viewed by boarding a smaller boat to enter through a narrow opening. Be rewarded with an ethereal experience as the cave is illuminated with a silver-blue glow. Afterwards, cruise towards Hvar, one of Croatia’s most popular destinations due to pleasant climate all year round, enjoying lunch onboard and a swim stop enroute. On arrival, you'll be taken on a sightseeing tour of Hvar by Land Rover Defender, driving through the picturesque villages, visit a lavender farm, stop and enjoy a wine tasting, and finish your evening at a donkey farm. After, return to the ship in Stari Grad.

Meals included: Breakfast and lunch

The visit to Blue Cave is dependent on weather conditions as sometimes high tide can prevent entry. Your Captain will advise the conditions and accessibility the morning of scheduled visit.

DAY 6 Hvar - Brac
Today will take you towards Milna on the island of Brac. Enjoy a refreshing swim stop and a moment to relax at one of the pristine bays enroute. After lunch on board, disembark in Milna known as the most beautiful and most protected port on Brac. Explore this Dalmatian town dominated by a Baroque church with a typical Dalmatian bell tower. The interior of the church is rich in valuable paintings by Venetian painters.

Meals included: Breakfast and lunch

DAY 7 Brac - Split - Trogir
Leave Milna behind and cruise towards the mainland and into the town of Trogir. Located on a small island and joined to the mainland by a bridge, Trogir has a well-preserved old town with a wonderful mix of architectural styles including some stunning Venetian palaces. Join a short orientation walk through this medieval city. Later in the afternoon, take a drive to Split where you will join a guided tour of this remarkable city that has evolved from the ruins of the Diocletian’s Palace. Construction of the Palace took place in 295 AD and today it forms much of the city’s Old Town. Witness the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle, and the Cathedral. Enjoy your free time in Split to explore at your own pace before being transferred back to your ship docked in Trogir.

Meals included: Breakfast and lunch

The ship may cruise directly to Split due to proposed reconstructions taking place at Split harbour. In this instance a coach transfer will be organized to and from Split town for the sightseeing tour.

DAY 8 Trogir - Split Airport
