Adriatic Discovery Deluxe Cruise 2026 Dubrovnik - Split

Itinerary + Map

DAY 1 Dubrovnik
Welcome to Dubrovnik, the 'Pearl of the Adriatic'! Your adventure begins with a transfer to your vessel in Gruz harbour where embarkation begins at 14:00hrs. Feel free to begin your explorations of Dubrovnik before meeting your fellow travellers and crew at a Welcome Reception and dinner on board.

Meals included: Dinner

DAY 2 Dubrovnik - Slano
Start the day with a guided walking tour of Dubrovnik's Old Town. You will be introduced to a beautifully preserved medieval city protected by 13th century fortifications and filled with Gothic, Renaissance and Baroque architecture. Once back on the ship, continue on to Slano, a delightful picturesque town north of Dubrovnik. Lunch will be served on board followed by a swim stop along the way. On arrival in Slano, take a short boat ride to Ston, an area known for its long tradition of oyster farming. Visit an oyster farm and sample their fresh oysters and mussels, perfectly paired with some local wine. Return to Slano where the remainder of the day is at leisure.

Meals included: Breakfast and lunch

DAY 3 Slano - Mljet
Early in the morning, cruise to the island of Mljet, famous for its stunning National Park and densely forested landscape. After lunch on board and a swim stop, anchor in the town of Pomena where you can visit Mljet National Park and discover the park's two turquoise lakes, Veliko Jezero and Malo Jezero, meaning Great Lake and Little Lake. You can also board a small boat and visit the islet of St. Mary to see the Benedictine Monastery built during the 12th century. This evening, gather together to enjoy a Captain’s dinner aboard the ship.

Meals included: Breakfast, lunch and dinner

DAY 4 Mljet - Korcula
Journey to Korcula, the rumoured birthplace of the renowned merchant and explorer Marco Polo. Enjoy a swimming break en route in one of the many secluded bays and coves in the Adriatic. Lunch will be served on board and in the afternoon, arrive in Korcula Town for a walking tour that will take you through the narrow and cobblestone streets. Learn all about the interesting stories and legends of this town including tales on the life of Marco Polo.

Meals included: Breakfast and lunch

DAY 5 Korcula - Vis
This morning, head to the enigmatic and unspoilt island of Vis. Closed to the public until 1989, Vis has remained relatively untouched by tourism and development and has retained much of its authentic charm. On arrival, spend the afternoon at leisure experiencing the island’s natural beauty first hand. Perhaps visit the Archaeological Museum located in a former fortress built by the Austrians in the 19th century, or take a leisurely stroll along the seaside promenade where most of the bars and restaurants are located.

Meals included: Breakfast and lunch

DAY 6 Vis - Bisevo - Hvar
Your first stop today will be the spectacular Blue Cave on the island of Bisevo. The cave’s natural underwater entrance creates a magical deep blue light that engulfs the interior. After this extraordinary experience, continue to Hvar via the Pakleni islands for a refreshing swim stop. On arrival in Hvar Town, embark on a guided sightseeing tour of this unique town where you will be introduced to the island's history, culture, and way of life. In the evening, take time to enjoy the many restaurants, bars, and cafes that line the port.

Please note:
- The Blue Cave is only accessible with small boats through an entrance just 1.5m high so unfortunately it can easily be made inaccessible by bad weather and high waves.
- Tonight's port can be substituted for Stari Grad if Hvar harbour has reached its capacity. This is controlled by the Port Authority. In this event, transfers to and from Hvar will be organised for the guided walking tour.

Meals included: Breakfast and lunch

DAY 7 Hvar - Split
This morning, delight in an early breakfast on board as you cruise towards the island of Brac. Enjoy a swim stop along the way in one of the many beautiful bays of Brac Island. Lunch will then be served on board as you continue to Split. On arrival, join a guided sightseeing tour and discover the city's unique old town. Witness the ancient palace of Emperor Diocletian and learn about the rich heritage of Split's millennial history. Afterwards, enjoy time at leisure to explore the city at your own pace.

A Dalmatian coast cruise is truly fantastic any time of year, it just depends on your personal preferences. For example, if you prefer plenty of sun, heat and activity, travelling over summer (winter in Australia) is for you. The coastal towns are buzzing and lively during the warmer months. However, if you prefer the temperatures to be a little lower and you like a gentler pace, we recommend spring or autumn adventures. There is still so much to see and do, but there are fewer people.

You can book a Croatia Cruise Dubrovnik to Split adventure by selecting any of the red Booking Enquiry buttons above. Alternatively, you can contact our team on 1300 664 790.
