DAY 1 ZAGREB
Welcome to Zagreb! Enjoy a private transfer from the airport to your hotel. Enjoy the next two days exploring this colourful and interesting city, the largest in Croatia.

DAY 2 ZAGREB
Spend the day getting to know this city better, stroll through the upper town's cobblestone streets with churches all around. See the lower town's mixture of secessionist, neobaroque and art deco architecture. Visit one of the museums, markets or churches - you'll be spoilt for choice.
DAY 3 ZAGREB - PLITVICE LAKES - SPLIT
Today, depart on your transfer to Split and enjoy a stop and guided tour of Plitvice Lakes on the way. Experience the natural beauty of this national park with it's 16 lakes connected together by stunning waterfalls and cascades. Afterwards, continue on to Split.

DAY 4 CRUISE: SPLIT
Today, get ready to begin your cruise aboard MS New Star where embarkation begins at 13:00. Once settled in your cabin, venture into Split’s historic Old Town during some free time. Tonight meet your travelling companions and Tour Manager at a welcome reception on board.
DAY 5 CRUISE: SPLIT – KORCULA
Early this morning cruise to Korcula, an island rich in vineyards, olive groves and small villages. Arrive in Korcula Town, after lunch, for a guided tour. As you walk through the narrow, cobblestone streets, learn of the town’s peculiar building pattern and the history of famed merchant explorer, Marco Polo, who was supposedly born on the island. DAY 6 CRUISE: KORCULA – SLANO/STON – DUBROVNIK
Your first stop today is the town of Slano, on Croatia’s mainland. From here, depart for Ston to visit a local oyster farm and learn how they are cultivated, followed by a sample of local oysters, mussels and wine. Afterwards, continue to Dubrovnik, the ‘Pearl of the Adriatic’ and a Croatian highlight. (B, D)
DAY 7 CRUISE: DUBROVNIK
Today, enjoy a full day to explore the ancient city of Dubrovnik. First, embark on a guided tour through the limestone streets of the Old Town, listed as UNESCO World Heritage site. Afterwards, journey to Srd Mountain via cable car and be rewarded with incredible panoramic views of the Old Town and nearby Elaphite Islands. (B)
DAY 8 CRUISE: DUBROVNIK – MLJET
Swap limestone for lush vegetation as you depart Dubrovnik for Mljet Island, home to a spectacular National Park. Upon arrival, see the Great and Little Lakes, turquoise in colour and a stunning sight. Take a short boat ride to the Island of St. Mary to visit the 12th Benedictine Monastery and the resident donkeys. (B, L, D)
DAY 9 CRUISE: MLJET – HVAR
This morning continue to Hvar, the longest and sunniest island in Croatia. The island features more UNESCO heritage than any other as well as Europe’s oldest public theatre (outdating Shakespeare’s Globe in England). (B, L)
Note: in peak season (Jul-Aug), due to limited capacity in Hvar harbour, the port of call can be substituted for Stari Grad/Jelsa. In that case transfers by bus will be organised to and from Hvar Town.
DAY 10 CRUISE: HVAR – BRAC – SPLIT
Continue north to Bol, on the island of Brac, home to the famous Zlatni Rat beach. Enjoy free time here to relax on the beach, swim in the clear waters of the Adriatic, or simply stroll along the coastline. Return to your ship and cruise back to the ancient city of Split. Upon arrival join a guided walking tour that will introduce you to Split’s Old Town, which has evolved from the ruins of the remarkable Diocletian’s Palace. (B, L)
