A unique cruise-tour that begins in Trogir and takes you through Slovenia before arriving into the canal city of Venice. Begin this excellent 11 day itinerary with a roundtrip cruise down to the southern Dalmatian coastline. You’ll overnight on the islands of Hvar, Dubrovnik and Korcula and visit the historic city of Split on the Dalmatian coast. Also stop by the resort town of Opatija, and discover the Postojna cave, before concluding in the floating city of Venice.
DAY 1 CRUISE: Split Airport – Trogir
Your cruise-tour commences with a shared arrival transfer from Split Airport to your vessel docked in the historic town of Trogir, approximately a 15 minute drive. Embarkation begins from 14.00hrs, and the afternoon is free to explore Trogir, referred to as a 'mini-Dubrovnik' due to its ancient walls and many Venetian style buildings. Be charmed by this floating museum town before meeting your fellow travellers at a welcome reception at approximately 19.00hrs, followed by dinner on board.

DAY 2 CRUISE: Trogir – Hvar
In the morning cruise towards Bol on Brac Island, where you will find one of the most beautiful beaches in the entire Mediterranean – “Zlatni Rat” (the Golden Horn). The iconic Zlatni Rat beach can be recognised by its distinctive triangular spit that is constantly changing shape due to the ocean currents. If the weather permits, enjoy a swim stop along the way to Hvar as well as lunch onboard. Arrive in Hvar Town and enjoy a guided tour of this favourite holiday destination. See St. Stephen's Sqaure and Cathedral and the Hvar Arsenal, with what is considered the oldest community theatre in Europe. Your evening is then free to discover this cosmopolitan port town, perhaps visit the impressive fortess above the town which offers magnificent views over the bay and Pakleni islands, or simply discover the trendy bars and restaurants that line the Old Town.

Please note: Due to the limited capacity of the Hvar harbor (during peak season) port of call can be substituted for Stari Grad. In that case transfer by bus will be organized to and from Hvar.
DAY 3 CRUISE: Hvar – Mljet
Depart Hvar for the island of Mljet to explore the National Park which encompasses five types of forest, many species of birds, and two deep lakes, Veliko Jezero (Big Lake) and Malo Jezero (Small Lake). You may wish to join your Cruise Manager for a stroll or alterntively explore the park on your own by hiring a bike, scooter or kayak! You can also take a boat ride to St. Mary Isle to visit an ancient Benedictine Monastery and the 12th century Church of
St. Mary.

DAY 4 CRUISE: Mljet – Dubrovnik
Today, set off for the World Heritage listed city of Dubrovnik known as the "Pearl of the Adriatic". Discover the treasures of this beautiful city on a guided walking tour of the Old Town. Stroll down the Stradun - both a street and a square - and see the most interesting sights within the city walls. Afterwards the remainder of the day is free for you to explore the town and its surrounds. Why not visit the Franciscan Monastery with Europe's second oldest pharmacy or walk the mighty city walls.

DAY 5 CRUISE: Dubrovnik – Korcula
Early this morning cruise down the coast towards Korcula with a stop in one of the many secluded coves for swimming and lunch. Arrive in Korcula and enjoy a guided walk through its narrow, cobbled streets discovering its history including tales of the famous Marco Polo. Finish with a wine tasting at a local wine bar before enjoying the remainder of your evening at leisure.

DAY 6 CRUISE: Korcula – Brac
Your journey continues as you travel towards Pucisca, a white limestone town located on the island of Brac. Along the way, enjoy lunch onboard and swim in one of Brac’s many lovely coves and bays (if weather permits). On arrival, the remainder of the day is free to explore this stunning white stone village at leisure. In your free time you can visit their stonemasonry school, filled with spectacular sculptures, or relax and refresh at the beach. Tonight, enjoy a Captain’s dinner on board your cruise.

DAY 7 CRUISE: Brac – Split – Trogir
Set sail for Split savouring one last swim stop and lunch onboard. On arrival, embark on a guided city tour to discover this 1,700 year old World Heritage listed city and its famous Diocletian’s Palace. Also see the remnants of Split’s Roman heritage, its Renaissance and Gothic structures, Jupiter’s Temple, the Peristyle, and the Cathedral. Next, return to Trogir, where the remainder of the evening is free.

Please note: Due to the limited capacity of the Split harbour (due to reconstruction) we will sail directly to the port of Trogir. In that case transfer by bus will be organized to and from Split town.
DAY 8 Trogir – Plitvice Lakes – Opatija
Say goodbye to the crew, as you disembark after breakfast. Your adventure then continues north by motorcoach with a visit to Plitvice Lakes National Park, a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1979. In Plitvice, enjoy a walk around several of the lower lakes. The Park is a natural wonder with 16 terraced lakes surrounded by wooded mountains and lush vegetation. After, continue towards the Kvarner Gulf to the seaside resort town of Opatija.

Day 9 Opatija – Postojna – Venice
After breakfast, cross the border into Slovenia and visit the unique and beautiful Postojna Caves, one of the largest cave systems in Europe. Tour this fantastic subterranean world by miniature electric train before driving to Venice, the city of canals. Tonight, gather for dinner with your fellow travellers and Tour Manager.

Day 10 Venice
Begin your tour of Venice with a boat ride to Murano Island, famous for its artistic glassware. Visit a glassblowing factory, where you will watch a demonstration of traditional Venetian glassblowing by master craftsmen. Afterwards, return to Venice for a walking tour. Start at the famous St. Mark’s Square and see St. Mark’s Basilica, the Bell Tower and the Doge’s Palace and its Bridge of Sighs. The remainder of the day is free to get lost in the alleyways of Venice, tasting some of its local Italian cuisine or take an optional gondola ride through the canals of the city.

Day 11 Venice
Bid farewell to your Tour Manager and fellow travellers as your tour concludes after breakfast.
